Every Tivogo trip starts with a clear fare, a verified driver and an approved vehicle. The process is managed digitally — no surprise charges, ambiguous waiting or unreliable matching.

After signing in to the customer app, you set pickup and drop-off points. The system calculates distance automatically, applies day/night and special-day tariffs, and shows the exact amount before you confirm.

Once your request is confirmed, a suitable approved driver in the network is assigned. Track status updates in the app throughout the trip; pay your driver directly in cash or bank transfer at the end.

If you prefer transfer, the driver's IBAN is shared when the trip is confirmed. Complete the transfer and continue your journey.
