How are drivers selected? +
All drivers pass registration, document verification, and operations approval. Customer ratings continuously monitor quality.
What is your cancellation policy? +
You can cancel from the app depending on reservation status. Details are in the terms of service.
How does the referral system work? +
Registration requires a valid referral code. After approval, your personal code is created and you can invite people you trust. This model preserves community quality.
How are vehicles and drivers approved? +
Drivers pass identity, residence proof and operations approval. Vehicles are registered with plate, insurance and inspection documents; service cannot continue with expired documents.
